AΔOLO was established in 2015 by two highly experienced agronomists and it is dedicated to the production of pure, organic aromatic herbs that have been indigenous of the Greek mountains for many centuries now. Purity is our principal commitment and as such, our company was named ΑΔΟLO which in Greek means pure, authentic.
Our company combines in a unique way the traditional techniques of organic cultivation, excellent know-how, the optimum microclimate of the region with endless desire and dedication. This is why AΔOLO products are characterized by unparalleled quality, distinct aroma and strong taste.
In order to fulfill the highest quality standards, AΔOLO herbs are handpicked at the proper stage of maturity, and then, dried with physical means without the use of technical methods e.g. ovens. In this way we avoid the degradation of the quality parameters of our herbs (e.g. colour, aroma) and other adverse effects caused by the herb’s exposure to sunlight and heat.
