Antioxidants - 40 mmol / 1L
Polyphenols - 400 mg / 100ml
Flavonoids - 40 mg / 100ml

Aronia Melanocarpa, North American berries with extraordinary nutritional and health-promoting properties, mainly due to the very high amount of antioxidants. A robust and hardy plant with almost zero impact. It can live up to 30 years, and harvesting begins at the end of August/beginning of September. Native to North America, it then spread to Central and Eastern Europe, particularly Poland, Europe's main producing country.
