It expresses the best combination of quality and sustainability guaranteed by the Organic and PDO Umbria certifications. It was born in the splendid hills of Orvieto, an area dedicated to olive growing, and with its scent and flavour it fully represents its kindness and character.
Cultivar: 50% Leccino, 40% Moraiolo, 10% Pendolino
Production Area: Orvieto Hills - Municipality of Montecchio
Harvest: Manually with beater.
Milling: Olives milled by 8 hours from harvest .
Smell: Release a medium fruity smell with a green grass and artichoke bouquet.
Taste: Well balanced between bitter and spicy with the latter with the latter making itself clearly felt in the back-palate thanks to the important charge of polyphenols. It leaves the mouth well dry without trace and with a persistent fragrant scent.
