“We are a small mountain winery. We are origin, we are terroir.”

Our goal is to originally capture the landscape of the Serranía del Alto Turia in the wines we make. We manage our vineyard area with organic and biodynamic agriculture.

We are facing an area with great potential: native varieties, particular terroir, altitude as a standard, quality grapes and a unique place to make wine.

Our biodynamic goal is to help the strains to create resistant fruits , which last longer before beginning their denaturation back to the mineral kingdom. The biodynamic grape allows wines to be made with more balanced indices, with greater depth and organoleptic complexity, and with a greater aging capacity than those wines from grapes that have been created in a context that is poor in the forces of nature and rich in exogenous forces.

We define our oenology as low intervention. Both for the production of white, rosé, sparkling and red wines, we do not add the legal options of adjuvant products allowed for the production of wine. This decision is based on the belief that food technology standardizes wine, making it less original.

Our quest in the vineyard is to assist the vines so that they materialize robust and vibrant grapes expressing their origin. In the winery we respect and accept without complexes what the terroir gives us . We are aware that the quality of the vineyard is closely related to the degree of effort that we were able to put into the land from pruning to harvest. We do not believe that there are bad terroirs, they all have a potential, a beauty, our job is to let it express itself in the grape, and not alter it in the cellar.
