Valpolicella is the simplest and most genuine wine of our area, produced from freshly processed grapes. The varieties used are Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Molinara. Historically it was part of the daily diet: under the Republic of Venice, a law established a minimum daily ration of 2 liters per capita for some categories of workers . Already at the time, Valpolicella had to be characterized as a fresh and light wine.
In Gnirega we have chosen to produce Valpolicella Classico respecting this tradition, choosing to maximize the characteristics of our grapes and our land. The resulting wine is characterized by a natural freshness and lightness.
