Clemente y Enrique Ortiz have been linked to viticulture since we were children and after having dedicated ourselves to other professions we decided to actively get involved in a concept: Agroecological Viticulture.

Beyond the certifications and labels we practice common sense agriculture, recovering traditional tasks and, above all, without harmful treatments.

Self-taught. The first elaborations based on treatises on oenology and advice from other producers in the area revealed that following the established canons took us away from everything that we practiced in the vineyard, so that we eliminated elements exogenous to the grape itself in the production processes. and wine aging, without makeup.

They make wines from a total of 5.5 hectares of various sites located in La Mancha with different types of soil.

Paraje of Escarraman, where there are 50-year-old Airén variety vineyards, has sandy soil. The rest of the sites with vineyards are located in the town of Cinco Casas with predominantly stony limestone soil.
